Processing
Once we receive your Pre-order, Please allow 24-72 hours for processing. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.
Shipping
YES! We ship worldwide! Please allow 4 to 7 business days for domestic shipping in the U.S. and 6-11 business days for International shipping after processing time. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required information including correct numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. ONE WITH JESUS is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Once the package has left our Headquarters, it is now in the hands of the post office, and we have no control over that package.
If your package is “return to sender” we will reship the item to the updated address. However, Customer is responsible for the shipping invoice for the second delivery attempt. If you have NOT received a tracking number we can make any changes necessary.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will make sure you receive the high-quality product that you can expect every time from ONE WITH JESUS. For whatever reason you are not satisfied with your delivery please contact us at onewithgodlifestyle@gmail.com. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.Please include your Order Number, Name and Email used on the order. Make sure to specify the original product ordered, as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

I forgot to use my discount code
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.
Why is my order still in "Pre-Shipment"
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun, and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
